Many times today my putty sessions (to Linux on z/VM) logged of automatically before the installation of a perl module finished.
I am trying to install a perl module thus..;; perl -MCPAN -e "install MQSeries" First time the cpan module downloaded the MQSeries module and went through the make. I waited for a while and moved on to other things to only find that the session had closed. I retried about 3 times. Same result. The sessions logged out. I am trying this in a virtual machine environment under z/VM (mainframe).
