4 times. King St. N intersects Weber St. N twice, and King St. E
intersects Weber St. E twice. It even goes in order on both streets,
N/S/W/E.

But that's nothing compared to the Windy City's loop road, where North
Upper and Lower Wacker Dr. turns into West and East Upper and Lower
Wacker Dr. in one direction, and South Upper and Lower Wacker in the
other.

...I don't remember what the third level of street under Lower Wacker
was called.

I understand scenes in Batman Begins were filmed on Lower Wacker.
