Of course, Damian's PBP are for a Work Group working together. It's much better than average compromise for working together ... where each choice has a reason.
Damian's PBP's only apply to Damian's code when he codes for the PBP modules for CPAN, not for the ACME modules. Uri is free to use whatever rules he wants ... when he's not coding for a dept that has adopted PBP as it's standard.
