i have used a perl/c based palm app on my sun (when i have working
palms. the older ones i buy cheap like to die on me :( ). it doesn't do
the full desktop but it has conduits to various apps and you can use it
to backup and load new apps/data. it is called pilot-link and you should
be able to google for it. i can't seem to find a home site mentioned in
any of the files.
