I have been investigating ESB (Enterprise Service Bus - the new buzzword going around corproate circles). Mule (mule.codehaus.org) is an interesting open source implementaiton with clean architechture. It is all Java. I have some kind of mental block when it comes to Java. I dont like strongly typed languages. In the guise of solving problems, they introduce their own, often adding to coding overheads in type casting.
I like the patterns that are implemented in mule. The architecture looks clean. It can integrate with other languages but before I do anything I want to know if there are any Perl implementations of ESB. Forgive me if I had asked this question before.
