Try  www.realrates.com .  That has proven to be a good source of guidance,
and is also used by some of those on the other side of the transaction, I
believe.

someone asked me about contracting rates for my work. as i have been
working full time for my employer, i had no freakin idea. the last time
i did contract work was in the go go 90s and things are different now.

can anyone offer any guidelines or websites where i can figure out a
