In fact, the better choice would be to run Majordomo2 (which most people haven't heard of). Mj2 is way better, written in perl, and is starting to languish for attention. What better public service could the mongers do than to switch over to using Mj2 and get involved with it as a project? All the smarter people run it, including Charlie. I run a bunch of lists and it's fabuloso. BTW, Mj2 is not to be confused with Majordomo which last saw any work done on it back when the stegasourus dies in '95.
