Net::hostent is part of the core and so maintained by Perl 5 Porters.
Even though Tom Christiansen signed the module some years ago, it is
very likely that you'll get faster feedback from the porters or even
get a message from Tom recommending you to send questions to p5p.

The porters can be reached at [email protected] mailing list. You
may subscribe to the list (if you want) by sending an empty e-mail to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and answering the confirmation
message. Or you may post and ask people to cc your address (there will
be some delay for your posts as they go through the moderator in this
case).

Kind regards,
Adriano Ferreira.
