Fellow members of Boston Perl Mongers, I've served as your facilitator for nine years, after taking over from founder Chris Nandor. I'm now finding that I no longer have the time or energy to serve as facilitator. I am therefore pleased to announce that I am handing over leadership of Boston Perl Mongers to Bill Ricker.
Bill has been a regular at our meetings for a long time, and recently has been helping me plan the tech meetings. I'm excited to have him put his skills and experience to even greater work for us. I know that Bill intends to share some of the responsibilities of leading our group. We're already off to a good start, with people chipping in to make sure the recent tech meeting went smoothly. I'm sure he'll tell us more about his plans shortly. Thank you all for your participation and support these last nine years, and please join me in welcoming Bill Ricker as the new facilitator of Boston Perl Mongers. Ronald P.S.
