The main purpose of this position is to work on a small team of programmers developing web applications as well as some specialized scripting. Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of Perl * Experience in web application development * Experience with SQL database development * Comfortable working with GNU/Linux * Associates or Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience Desired skills: * MySQL, SQL Server, and/or PostgreSQL * Apache and mod_perl * web templating, JavaScript, AJAX * version control systems ** System Administrator/Developer ** We are looking for an experienced GNU/Linux system administrator with Perl programming skills. The main purpose of this position is to administer our Linux servers as well as working closely with the development department to support our Linux-hosted applications and source code repository.
