For anyone that uses Netbeans for non-perl projects and likes it
I thought I would share that I recently stumbled upon a fairly recently

but still somewhat obscure perl plugin for Netbeans.

Also, it seems that greater support is forthcoming for Netbeans but this
is not something that I have followed closely...
