You can try the Perl 6 integration build if you really want Perl with all-dots now. As Rob mentions, Acme.Dots will let you do Dots for YOUR Class's objects but not replace all arrows or derefs. If it was possible in Perl 5.8.* or 5.10 without resorting to Filter::Simple or worse rewriting, it would already be in http://search.cpan.org/search?query=bundle-perl6 You could spin your own with Filter::Simple but ... (In general, Filte moduces aren't production reliable, but meta-parsers have gotten better... ) It looks like the grammar-plugin in 5.11.2 is paving the way for it in 5.12 however.
