So I downloaded the Pod::S5 from CPAN and started installing it. I do not have admin privs and am installing in my local user dir. However, running 'perl Makefile.PL' reports missing dependencies on other modules (Pod::Tree, HTML::Stream, ...). I checked CPAN module installation directions and the instructions there seem to assume admin privs. What is the right way to do this in a user dir and get all the dependent modules linked in?
