Develop and implement automated processes for content acquisition, conversion and posting. Test data and process modifications and adjust as necessary to ensure functional specifications for the content are met. Determine requirements for new production processes, understanding business needs and relating system/programming limitations. Create standard processes and sub-processes to ensure consistent output, reduce costs and decrease product development cycle time. Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with internal and external content providers. Stay abreast of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including scripting and new languages. Create and maintain websites using HTML and CSS. *QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or related business experience. 3-5 years of Perl programming and scripting experience. 3-5 years of HTML and XML experience. 3-5 years of data conversion and production experience. Experience with any of the following: SGML, CSS, PHP, XSLT, VB.Net, SQL, JavaScript, Apache, ASP. 1-3 years of experience in a publishing environment. *Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:* Ability to work independently. Ability to take content from source through conversion and publish into a platform. Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem solving skills. Ability to conduct QA and create mechanisms to ensure error free delivery.
