hi all, we seem to have a low head count for tonight. maybe i can offer some reasons to come by. i will be going over not only the new features in File::Slurp but some interesting coding tricks in it and its tests. one involves overriding core functions for testing. another involved splitting text into lines and keeping the tainting. the latter is a challenge to anyone to come up with a better/faster solution. and here is an opportunity for anyone to heckle my code to my face. i welcome all comments as i want my code to be as good as possible.
so come by, maybe learn something, maybe teach me something, maybe see some interesting and popular perl in action. File::Slurp is a very popular module. thanx, uri -- Uri Guttman ------ [email protected] -------- http://www.sysarch.com -- ----- Perl Code Review , Architecture, Development, Training, Support ------ --------- Gourmet Hot Cocoa Mix ---- http://bestfriendscocoa.com --------- _______________________________________________ Boston-pm mailing list [email protected] http://mail.pm.org/mailman/listinfo/boston-pm
