that would involve editing ALL the documents and getting p5p to approve
of such. putting a camel through a needle would be much easier. this
document could be put on the perl.org site even if p5p doesn't want
it. the goal is to make it easier for newbies to navigate the docs and
they don't even look at the docs now! so it has to be external to all
the existing docs and created by people. and it won't need much editing
except when new docs are created. the blurbs will be short and accurate
enough that they won't need changing in general.
