Perl/Web Developer

Boston, MA

$80k-$100k DOE

My client has a need for a Perl/web application developer for their office
in downtown Boston. This company is in the insurance industry and has a
wide range of applications for both internal users and external business
partners. Responsibilities include creating new applications, maintaining
existing applications, testing and QA. Other tasks include managing web
hosting and DB environments. This is a small team so your role will be
important and noticed. The company offers very good benefits including a
flexible 37.5 hour work week, 401k, life and disability insurance,
childcare and more. If you have ever wanted to work in downtown Boston and
keep doing Perl, this is a great opportunity.

Required Skills:

  Strong Perl
  LAMP stack and AJAX
  SQL (MySQL and SQLServer)
  git or other source control

Desired Skills:
