i have several leads for perl jobs in boston.
one client has a need for a Perl/web application developer for their
office in downtown Boston. This company has a wide range of applications
for both internal users and external business partners. Responsibilities
include creating new applications, maintaining existing applications,
testing and QA. Other tasks include managing web hosting and DB
environments. This is a small team so your role will be important and
noticed. The company offers very good benefits including a flexible 37.5
hour work week, 401k, life and disability insurance, childcare and
more. You would also be working with me as i have a support contract
with this group. :) $80k-$100k DOE
A new client is in newton and it is contract with an option to convert
to perm after 6 months. work is perl, sql, possibly some java and .net.
projects include ETL, file transfer, scheduling, third party tool
selection, design and testing of system apps, configuration stuff. rate
is about $40-45/hr. i can give you more info if you are interested.
