here is the meeting agenda as i see it. of course it may vary with the
noise and furor of the crowd.
overview of cms::simple's design. this will use the notes i will send
out later.
discussion of how to start a module: which tool to use - h2xs,
module::start(er) or other.
design review of cms::simple focusing on where it can use immediate
improvements. there is one special corner case which covers both content
parsing and rendering which has vexed me for years. all ideas there are
welcome.
code review of cms::simple. bring out your clue bats as you may want
swing away. some of the code is fine, some is not nearly so good. some
reflects weak design decisions which can be fixed now before it gets
released.
project breakdown. what needs to be done to release this module. who
wants to tackle which projects or parts of projects. it would be great
to have ownership of git, pod and tests (just means you coordinate work,
do some of the work and track stuff). maybe a project manager type too.
i will be the ruthful (sic) dictator on the whole project.
all who help will get their names in the change log and/or authors
sections based on level of contribution. this may be a chance to get on
cpan for your first time!
