1. learn what is needed to cpan a module
2. learn about how to test module code
3. see module design in real life and contribute ideas and solutions
4. write and learn pod
5. see some interesting code and improve it
6. heckle uri's code all you want
7. join a team that will cpan a module. your name will be in lights! (or
at least somewhere in the module)
8. add cpan module author to your resume (big credential in my book!)
9. fill in the blank ____________________
i promise you will see things and learn things and want to help if you
show up. possibly this may run for a couple of meetings and for sure on
this list so you can lurk or help remotely. but the fun discussions will
be at the meetings.
