this is a change of pace for me. i am looking for a job opening that
will fit a friend of mine who needs a career change. this is not a
perlhunter thing and there is no fee involved. she has good skills for
web content writing and QA, tech writing (she has medical and legal
editing experience), international content (studied several langs and
has traveled and lived in other countries). i know this list has a very
wide coverage of local companies and i am sure one or more has openings
that fit her. i can't possibly search them all as i don't even know but
a fraction of your places. so as a big favor (and i will pay back in
beer and/or pizza), please do a job search on your site for similar jobs
and send me those links (or even just a link to your jobs page). if
something matches, the i ask that you submit her resume (which i did
edit) as internal submissions are usually better received than outside ones.
feel free to ask me stuff off list and to send any links off list too.
