(Perl 5 short contributions still welcome.) However, finding video of Larry's recent talks is difficult, so i don't know if it will be found in time. As you might infer from my statement above Tom and I have been looking. I did find *one* Larry talk from after 2015 was announced 9 months ago, that i was scheduling for November, after a more general introduction to WTHF is Perl6 anyway. (I suspect it was embargoed until the spring-summer conference season was over.) If this CraigsList larry talk does become available in the next week, assuming a good recording, it would make sense, due to its very timeliness, to do that instead of Ovid's excellent, simple introduction to Perl 6, for which i already have live demos ready for, to launch our Fall Perl 6 series. (see boston.pm.org/calendar - i was going to post the pre-announcement tonight anyway). (We could run both but 57+38 would leave negative time for demos since some folks want to leave at 9, and that would sacrifice the bonus slides.) -- Bill Ricker [email protected] https://www.linkedin.com/in/n1vux _______________________________________________ Boston-pm mailing list [email protected] http://mail.pm.org/mailman/listinfo/boston-pm
