Plenty of other lists seem to not have an issue, I mainly use gmane to interact with a few NetBSD lists. It's a pretty convenient interface for lists, but I'll acknowledge that's not a popular opinion, especially for a list that is pretty low traffic. it's also a bit unreliable these days, the hey day of gmane long since having passed, it seems to be a hobby project at this point. (cue George Harrison's All Things Must Past)

Also, this message was a test to see if news.gmane.io<http://news.gmane.io> will properly relay this message back to the list. It cannot, I get an error that the boston.pm<http://boston.pm> list is "unidirectional". ;) Iirc that's because we're a list and not an NNTP newsgroup, for which they could more easily proxy for a user? _______________________________________________ Boston-pm mailing list [email protected] https://mail.pm.org/mailman/listinfo/boston-pm
