------ Folks, Inline below is a pointer to the 2H2005 security survey results. We've been quite tardy in compiling these in document form, though I know many of you have seen them at the nsp-sec BOFs, etc.. My apologies, nonetheless. Interesting new things items include uRPF/BCP38 deployment, flow data use, MD5 deployment and attack scale & magnitude. We're planning to move this to an annual (rather than bi-annual) survey in the future. Comments welcome as this is definitely a draft version and certainly pre-marketing touch as well. http://www.tcb.net/IS_Survey-2H2005-v0.1.pdf -danny _______________________________________________ To report a botnet PRIVATELY please email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] All list and server information are public and available to law enforcement upon request. http://www.whitestar.linuxbox.org/mailman/listinfo/botnets
