Dear Housing and Service Agency Partners:

You may know that one of my many City Council hats I wear is the honor of
serving on the Board for Boulder Housing Partners and I am sending you this
email in my role as housing commissioner.

Are you interested in developing affordable housing in the next five years?
Do you have a need for affordable housing for your clients, but prefer not
to do the development yourself?

Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) is interested in finding out which local
agencies would like to develop housing in the next few years, in order to
get an understanding of upcoming affordable housing development by
non-profits. We are hoping to coordinate our efforts with local human
service agencies, so that our projects are complementary to those efforts.
In addition, BHP can provide assistance with the development of affordable
housing in several different ways.

Boulder Housing Partners, which is the housing authority of the city of
Boulder, has extensive experience developing affordable housing in Boulder.
We have more than thirty years experience working on housing development,
property management, and non-profit partnerships.

Increasingly, agencies that are interested in providing housing for their
clients are looking at partnerships with experienced non-profit developers
as a way to provide that housing. If your organization plans to develop only
one project, it might be most efficient to partner with an agency such as
BHP to undertake the development. If you plan to develop more than one
project in the future, BHP can assist you with the first development and
provide training to your staff, as part of the process.

Also, we are offering technical assistance to local non-profit organizations
that have a need for affordable housing. Our development services are
provided for a fee, which is discounted for non-profit organizations.

If you are interested in knowing more or have a project under way, would you
send an email to Cindy Brown at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks for your assistance!

Robin Bohannan
