2006 Colorado Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey

The Colorado Nonprofit Association (formerly CANPO) is now collecting data from nonprofits like yours! Visit our web site (www.ColoradoNonprofits.org) and share your information today!

Nonprofits in Boulder County

Per the request of a number of Boulder County agencies a few editions ago, the survey reports data for Boulder County separate from the rest of the metro area. What this means is, when the final survey report is published, we are able to show data for organizations in your area.  But good data depends on you! Only 9% of respondents were from Boulder County in the 2004 survey, please help to ensure good representation this year.  Please complete the survey and encourage your colleagues at other organizations to do so.  The more organizations participating, the better the data will be for everyone!

More reasons to Participate

ü      This 5th edition of the survey is the most comprehensive ever with 40 new positions in areas including healthcare, arts, victim services, fundraising, administration and more. Data will be presented on over 100 positions as well as data on benefits, incentive pay and leave time!

ü      Each edition of the survey has been enhanced as a result of suggestions from previous survey users, nonprofit HR experts and comparisons to similar surveys from around the nation.

ü      The Colorado Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey is the most extensive, user-friendly resource available to help nonprofits set compensation packages against accurate local benchmarks.

ü      Participating nonprofits will receive a 50% DISCOUNT off the price of the survey report.  (Discounted price is $30 for Colorado Nonprofit Association members; $45 for non-members).

ü      All data is confidential and analyzed by independent research firm Corona Research.  Aggregate salary data is shown by location, budget size and focus of service.

ü      By adding your organization’s information, you add value to a resource for the entire Colorado nonprofit sector.

ü      The survey deadline is February 21, 2006. Your chance to participate is now!
