Terri, I would suggest there are two issues to consider: 1. Whether you are using M-Power or the classic? 2. Will the added material in Keysoft Version 7.0 require learning new stuff? I would agree with you that the quality of the Manual should be of the superior. I just wonder if the Manual to which you refer was proofread? Could some of the problem stem to the way it was transcribed? (Since he's mentioned embossing the Manual, I'd be curious to see what Jim has to say about this subject.) KC
