[Braillenote] can not read e-mail

Hi Listers,
    I am having trouble reading my e-mail on the Bn. I have performed all three 
resets and still can not read the e-mail. I am running version 6.11 on the 
Classic. This problem has just started.
Can anyone please help out with this?
