Hello Phillip: I had a similar thing happen. First, make sure that the BrailleNote you are borrowing is the same or later version as the one that broke down on you. Now, go through your list of email folders and see if there is one called My email. This seems to be a generic folder that is created when restoring from an older version of BrailleNote. I know that I found all of my email totally unsorted in that folder when I upgraded from VoiceNote version 6.11 to MPower. version 6.2
