Jonathan, you speak of the KGS cells. Does this mean there is finally a new 
refreshable Braille cell technology? Then my question is whether it is easier 
or more difficult to feel or if there is no change in that respect. Can you 
tell me the actual specs for the braille dots height and distance placement and 
shape for the two braille cells you use at present?
