Hi, Julie, The following works every time for me:
1. turn off the PK by pressing the c1 and c4 keys simultaneously. 2. pause ten seconds before restarting the machine again using the c1 and c4 keys. When you hear or feel the "MAIN MENU" prompt, you're good to rock and roll! HTH Diane Kelker
