[Braillenote] media player

Hello List,
I have read the section on playlist, and the media player, but I still do not 
understand the process of saving a music cd on my pc so that I can save it to 
the compactflash disk in order to play in the media player on the Braillenote.
I would very much appreciate someone giving me the steps of copying and saving 
a music cd on my pc to the cf card.
