This has nothing to do with dial up or wireless or what ytou are using on your computer. This is a means cby which you can use the braillenotevoicenote as a phone dialer when you are out and about or at home dialing your telephone. As with any of the notetaker phone dialers, it simply generates the tones into the mouthpiece of your phone to dial the phone. It wouldn't work on a cell phone I don't believe, but any touchtone phone should do just fine.
