Hi, Lisa, This is definitely a software glitch in the BRAILLENOTE, VOICENOTE and PK. Unfortunately, it's an annoying and inconvenient curse of first generation technology in the PK. The other units share the software flaw. We must be vigilant about reminding HUMANWARE staff that this and other unresolved issues most certainly aren't merely end user errors!
