[Braillenote] html files

Whether it's because I've forgotten how to do it or because the PK isn't 
able to do it, I'm checking to see why I can't read html files which I have 
saved in my my favorites folder.  I'm probably overlooking something 
obvious, but right now it's not obvious to me, so I'd appreciate learning 
where I'm missing the boat.
