Hi Roger and List:

I have no quarrel with Humanware.  What I am trying to say is 
this:  When people are having trouble with attachments and such, 
we get in a hurry to tell people to download it on their pc.  My 
point is, for many people, that is not an option.  We're all 
getting too defensive. My plea is that we need to help those who 
don't have a computer, instead of making that a quick fix.
