[Braillenote] pk upgrade free or not?

Jonathan,
I thought the PK upgrade 6.02 was a maintainance upgrade? I called 
Humanware office today and they said a password was required because it's 
not a free upgrade. What's the deal here? I thought this was a 
maintainance upgrade to fix the problems with wireless issues etc etc.
