Hi Janel, The downloads folder is fine. You should be able to play the file if you go into the main menu, press m for media center and m again for media player. It will say, "Play media file in which folder? Either type downloads in computer braille, or do a space with dot 4 until you get to the downloads folder and press enter. It will ask which media file you want to play. Dot 4 with space should take you through the list of media files in the downloads folder. Press enter on the file that you want, and it should play.
