[Braillenote] wireless card

My 12 year old son is trying to get his wireless upgrade going.  i am  sure 
that all of this has been discussed in the past - but we didn't have the  
upgrade and therefore didn't pay enough attention.  We went to the store  
tonight 
looking for any of the card that are listed on the Humanware  website.  They 
had none.  Can we use the ones that are easily found in  the stores that go in 
the PCMIA slot?  Thanks
