Hi Regina, I'm not sure why your braillenote wouldn't ask you which folder to download to. When you find the book you want, hit enter on the title and you'll be taken to the page with the long synopsis, download links, etc. Space until it says "brf braille digital format" and hit enter on that. Then it should say download file to which folder, and if you hit enter at this point the default folder is downloads. You should then be able to go into the book reader, find the bks file in downloads and unpack it. Good luck.
