Rhonda,
Um, I think the alarms need to be more accessible in the planner. It seems 
to me as though they're only accessible if you set them in a schedule. If 
not, then the menu just doesn't come up. I suppose if you change your mind 
you have to reschedule that appointment in order to get alarms? I didn't 
see anything in the context menu about alarms either.
