[Braillenote] weird error msg

Hey,
When I try to connect wirelessly, I get an error message that says error 
connecting to pop server 10000 or something like that.  This happends when I'm 
trying to check e-mail.  I hit enter and it goes into the inbox and sends of 
receives messages, but what is this error?
