[Braillenote] Downloading the patch

Hi,
Rhonda tried sending me the patch to fix the dialogue boxes but outlook kept 
blocking.  Finally I googled it and it took me to the download site.  I 
downloaded the zipped file to the BN.  I just need to know if I need to active 
sinx it to the computer to unzip it or can I extract it from the BN.
