[Braillenote] the pk

Hi list,
I have just found out that my pk cannot be programmed by humanware Europe 
so it must go back to the manufacturer.
This is very unsatisfactory and I wonder if someone from humanware can 
email offlist to find out if I can have another pk or what should happen now.
point being all my piano tuning files are fortunately on a flash card and I 
need them for next Monday at the latest? thanks.
