This is Joseph. For folks who are interested in getting the User Guide other than the unit that they have received: There is a utility located in KeySoft System Disk/Windows folder. These utilities aloow you to install User Guide on the BrailleNote. There are 4 files, all ending with .exe extention. These files correspond to the User Guide they are associated with. These files are: bnb.exe for BNBT; bnq.exe for BNQT; vnb.exe for VNBT; and vnq.exe for VNQT models. Note: as stated on the User Guide, any reset on the BN will restore the original User Guide that came with the BrailleNote. Let us say that a user has a BNBT, but he wishes to view User Guide for BNQT. So, he can run bnq.exe and access BNQT User Guide. And when he resets his BNBT, the BNQT User Guide will be lost.
