Hi. This message is for Jonathan or Dean.Normally, when I send in my bn for service, I delete everything on the flash disk uncluding my address list, books, configuration files, etc. Is this a good idea when I get the ransplant? When I get my unit back, I just do a restore and put everything back.
Is there a good reason not to do this for the 6.2 upgrade and transplant? Thanks.
