Hello list, After almost 5 years, dots 5 and 8 in cell 11 are staying up on my braillenote 32Bt. I have exercised the braille display but those stubberon dots continue to stay put in the "up position". I'll probably get it fixed when I send this unit in for upgrade to M-power. If there is anything more I can do, please let me know, otherwise it will be going to the shop in October for upgrade and repair. Guess that isn't bad for something like that to happen till almost five years later.
