I'm afraid in our case they just have the maps pretty well messed up. They have
you walking on streets that don't exist for instance east on 2nd street where
you'd be walking across the athletic field through the grandstands. There's
nothing dangerous about 101 in thisneighborhood. It's even got pedestrian
crossing signals. Actually the vehicle route is safer than the pedestrian route
the way they designed it except that it takes two streets that don't exist. Not
to feel bad, the Thomas Guides (is that the name of the popular map books?)
aren't right here either. You're a local when you can give directions.
