One reason why your data might be transfering slowly, is the USB ports on 
your computer aren't USB 2.0 ports. If this is the case, you'll have to buy 
a USB 2.0 PCI card, which costs around 25 dollars.. Does the BrailleNote 
have USB 1.0 or 2.0?
