Hello: The 10022 error which you're receiving is a timeout error from the braille note trying to connect to your pop server. I've noticed this occurring most when I have a week wireless signal, or a low battery.
You might try any or all of the following. As Don said, do a full set of resets. Try removing and reinserting the card. Clear your database space. A bit more extreme, but you also might try recreating both the wirless connection (Complete, delete them from the connectivity menu and recreate) and then rebild the email entry. hth Jeff
